Terms of Service
- I accept payment through PayPal, for international clients, or GCash, for local clients (Philippines).- If you’re paying through PayPal:
> Commissions lower than $10 must be paid in full after the sketch.
> Commissions $10 or higher can be paid in full after the sketch or half upfront and half after finished artwork.
(This is to lessen the amount of money lost to PayPal fees.)If you’re paying through GCash, I allow either full payment after the sketch or half and half payment regardless of commission price.- You may NOT claim my work as your own.- I have full right to the finished artworks, and can redistribute/repost them for self-promotion purposes (Please let me know if you are uncomfortable with me posting the final work!)- I have the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable doing.- My TAT is typically 2-7 days. Time of commission may vary depending on how detailed the work is, and how busy I am with work/personal life.- I will send you WIPs so you may check on the progress of the work.- In the event that I cannot complete a commission, I will offer a full refund.- If you, the client, wish to cancel the commission before or during the sketch phase, then I will offer a full refund. (For sketch commissions, I cannot offer a full refund if the sketch was complete or mostly complete. I can offer a 25% to 50% refund at most in this case.)- If the client should cancel the commission after the sketch phase, then the commission must be paid up to the stage of drawing it was in. (EX: A rendered commission that was cancelled during the flat coloring stage must be paid up to the equivalent flat colored prices).- Flat colored and Rendered Commissions that are complete or almost complete cannot be refunded.- Commissioned art is for personal use only
